Vintage pattern sewing continues. Thrifted fabric that I think is probably more suited for home decor than clothing. Oh well, I'm too cheap to pay 8 buck a yard for something nice. Maybe if this pattern turns out as sassy as I hoped for, I'll cough up the extra bucks for something nice.
Painting extra starch
If you're living in a temporary place or want an ultra cheap way to get fabric on a wall, regular ol' corn starch does the trick. It will not damage the wall, pulls off easily but stays put until you want it gone, and any drips wipe off. This was so much fun!
